Stray dogs don't get angry when fed: Bombay HC - Housing Association

The Mumbai Immigration Center notes that stray dogs do not become aggressive if fed. The court made this observation in a case involving the Navi Mumbai Housing Corporation, which fined residents for feeding stray dogs. "No one can tell a dog or a tiger its territorial limits," the court told community leaders

 However, the Court noted that once a designated site was determined, the financial and physical responsibility for feeding, contraception, vaccination, and castration fell to the volunteers. and has postponed this issue until March 20, 2023
