INDIA'S FIRST STATEMENT AFTER THE CHINESE SPY SHIPS DOCKING IN SRILANKA

 INDIA'S EXTERNAL AFFAIRS MINISTER JAISHANKAR ON CHINESE SPY SHIP DOCKING IN SRILANKA 

India made their first statement after the Chinese spy ship docked at the Sri Lankan port. external affairs minister Jaishankar said that India is closely monitoring the condition, He made this remark at a joint press conference in Bangkok, Thailand.

Chinese spy ship Yuan Wang 5 docked at Hambantota port on Tuesday after the diplomatic slowdown The new Srilankan government gave permission to the Chinese spy ship despite the security concern from the U.S and India. As per the Lankan foreign ministry, Yuan Wang 5 was allowed to Dock at Hambantota port after India and the US did not provide any practical reason to reject the entry for the ship. Srilanka has assured India that it won't allow misuse of its Hambantota port by China. The port was taken over by the Chinese government by using the Dept swap for a 99-year lease
