regulation of heat in some animals

     Regulate

Ø    Some organism has the ability to MAINTAIN a constant temperature

Ø  But very few CAN’T  maintain there body temperature

Eg: HYPPOPOTAMUS hippo-3644217_1920.jpg

Ø  Hypothalamus is the organ responsible for regulation of temperature in most of the of the animals

 

 

Then how hyppo maintain there body temperature?

As  hyppos are often seen in riverbeds they use water to maintain there body temperature


 

How did the reagulation of temperature works in human beings ???

Ø  As you known HYPPOTHALAMUS is responsible in regulation of temp.in human body

Ø  Hyppotalamus compares our current body temp. With the normal body temp.  If  the temperature is too low Hypothalamus make sure that the bogy generates and maintaines heat

Ø  ON THE OTHER HAND  if the temperature is high  hypothalamus make sure heat is given off though sweat

Ø  Plants donot have a  mechanism to maintain internal temperature

CHROMATOGRAPHY  It is a method used for the separation, purification, and identification of a mixture of substances. It is useful when components of a mixture have similar physical and chemical properties and hence cannot be separated by other methods. Principle: It is based on the distribution of the components in a mixture between a stationary and a mobile phase.
